After the booking, you will receive the rental agreement online for signature,

For stays of up to 3 months, you will be charged CHF 5.30 per night if you are not officially registered in the city of Bern (as a weekly or short-term resident). With this tax you will receive a Bern Ticket for unlimited free use of public transport for the duration of your stay (zones 100/101 of the Libero network). 

Final cleaning:

CHF 180 (payable at booking).

Cancellation policy:

Up to 31 days and more before check-in free of charge.
7-30 days before check-in 50%.
Less than 7 days: 100%.

Termination of lease:
By the 20th of the month, 1 month notice (please contact our concierge).
