1. Care and housekeeping

2. Apartment occupancy and delivery
The apartments can be occupied on the day of arrival at the earliest in the afternoon from 4.00 p.m. and must be vacated on the day of departure by 10.00 a.m. at the latest. We kindly ask you to inform us about your arrival and departure well in advance.

3. Laundry
In the laundry room there is an opportunity for washing and drying clothes. Additional laundry cards at CHF 10.00 can be obtained from the housekeeping service.

4. Security/quiet
The front doors are to be kept closed. Night rest is from 10:00 p.m. and we ask you to observe it. If a key/batch to the house or apartment door is lost, the lock and key must be replaced by the manage-ment at the expense of the responsible tenant. This person alone is entitled to have new keys made.

We kindly ask you to refrain from smoking in the apartments out of consideration for future tenants.

5. Tidiness
The tenants must observe the greatest possible tidiness and care in the apartments and in the general premises of Apartment House Bern and its surroundings. The storage of furniture, equipment, skis, etc., is not allowed. In such a case, please contact the property management.

6. Trash
Please do not deposit trash in the stairwell. If you need more than one bag per week, please notify housekeeping.
