Find the right apartment and book it easily, quickly and directly online.

Please note that the minimum stay is 7 days (6 nights).

Indefinite leases are also possible, by the way.

You will receive an invoice from our concierge for the rental and final cleaning, which you can pay online with all major credit cards.

Upon receipt of payment, our concierge will send you the rental contract. Please sign the rental agreement and confirm your identity with a personal copy of your ID - all easily and conveniently online.

Move-in is possible 24/7. You will receive an e-mail with the code for the key box and all important information 5 days before you move in.

Now you are temporarily living in a prime location. Here you will find tips about the trendy neighborhood. Do you have any questions about your apartment or would you like to extend your stay? You can contact our local concierge at any time.

In case of an indefinite stay, at least the first three months and the final cleaning are to be paid directly at the time of booking. From the fourth month of stay, you will receive an invoice for the monthly rent by e-mail. You pay these in advance by the 20th of the corresponding previous month at the latest.

For stays of up to 3 months, you will be charged CHF 5.30 per night if you are not officially registered in the city of Bern (as a weekly or short-term resident). With this tax you will receive a Bern Ticket for unlimited free use of public transport for the duration of your stay (zones 100/101 of the Libero network). 

Please note that you can move into your apartment 24 hours after signing the contract. If the contract is signed on Friday, check-in is possible on the following Monday.
